3. How do you figure out who you are in the moment?
Vibes and answering questions internally! Our common questions are:
What gender vibes do I feel/what are my preferred pronouns?
What's the "baseline emotion" I tend to feel? (a lot of us are emotion holders so being able to tell what emotions we're feeling is usually a good indicator of figuring out who's who!)
What's my baseline energy level?
What's my most recent memory?
What color do I seem to associate with? (usually we just list whatever color seems to pop up in our head first when we ask this question)
And answering all of the above usually gives us a good clue who's fronting!
11. Is there any sort of internal organization or structure for your parts? How set-in-place is it?
There is a structure/form of internal organization but unfortunately the adult parts are telling me I shouldn't share the details on the internet :( I can say it's not super set in place, we've already had some structural shakeups.
