Okay, any Italians who are awake!

Is there a reason that this pasta poster represents alphabet pasta with the first five letters of the alphabet, then the last two letters but in reverse order, then T, then A again, and then for some reason the surname of my middle school music teacher, whose brother tried to kiss me in the church basement? Are these the most delicious letters, or the only letters you can make into pasta, or is there something else going on?

It is super fucked up! Good for you, though :D 

I need to get better at just saying no. I’ve gotten more comfortable negotiating deadlines, but sometimes that just prolongs the stress. Sometimes you just don’t need the psychic weight of another job...
