Yay some Cas in here finally, thanks sweetie!! Just for the sake of it being super angsty af and I know how much you love the Cas feels right now @abaddonwithyall I tag you ;)
#10 “Before I do this, I need you to know that I have always loved you.”
You’ve noticed lately how off Cas has been around you, well all of you actually. His sentences will be incomplete, he’ll start explaining something then cut off and stare into the distance. After a few seconds it seems like he comes out of it then he’ll shake his head and disappear. There was something terribly wrong and you intended to find out soon.

No matter how much Castiel wanted to tell you three that he was being controlled by another angel named Naomi, he found himself unable too. When he would get close too, she’d bring him back, do stuff so he would forget what he was about to divulge, then send him back with the wrong thoughts of what he going to say. Recently though she’s been having him train up in heaven more and more. The test dummies…well….they looked like either the Winchesters or the one he loved. She was turning him into a heartless stone cold killer with no remorse for his actions.
Which brought you both to this ever so real moment in time. Cas had already knocked both Winchesters unconscious and they were laying a couple feet behind you. You hated to but you fought back with every ounce of strength you possibly had left. Fighting an angel was hard but fighting the angel who swore he loved you and would protect you no matter what, was even harder.
“Cas stop! This can’t be you, you obviously don’t know what you’re doing!” You pleaded after he punched you so hard in the face that it knocked you down on your butt.
“I’m following orders that were given, I can’t be disobedient.” He stated coldly walking over to you, yanking you up by your hair and making you stand on your knees.
“Yes the hell you can! You have been for a long time! Where’s that Cas I know? Huh? Where’s the angel that I fell in love with, the one who would hold me tight and tell me how nothing would hurt me so long as they’re around, the one who made love to me for the first time in my life, the one who cared and wanted me more than anyone else on this planet! Where did my Cas go?!” You screamed at him as you felt the tip of the angel blade right at your heart. Begging him to stop what he was doing, crying harder than you ever have in your entire life.
Cas shook his head a little, kind of like he was mentally arguing with himself or possibly someone else. Then he was all of a sudden in Naomi’s office.
“Kill her!”
“I-I can’t. Please don’t…don’t make me do this.”
“You have clear strict orders Castiel, kill the girl.”
Next thing Cas knew he had a fistful of your hair, holding your head back exposing every vulnerable spot on your body.
For a split second you swear you saw him look into your now red eyes and a tear ran down his cheek.
He took a deep breath and drew back on the angel blade, “Before I do this, I need you to know that I have always loved you.”
The last thing you heard was the clanking of the blade hitting the ground and a whooshing of wings, then you felt your head come into contact with solid ground and that was it. Nothing.
