1. First impression: You had an awesome URL, ferrari something, it changed all the time like - rear wing failure, or - what the fuck happened, and it was hilarious, that's not to say that your current URL isn't also awesome2. but i know what you mean, the redneck US motorsport fan stereotype sucks but it so painfully accurate most of the time
Thank you!
In a funny but also sometimes sad way one of my favourite things about iRacing is watching the demographic change depending on what series you are one.
I did a NASCAR B Class (Xfinity Series) race and some guy made some comment about someone wrecking like "he's foreign he don't understand ovals" (I think he was from the infamous "Mid-South" iRacing club, as you get a club based on location)
But then I'll do an IndyCar race and it will be much more diverse, like I'll be racing with people from all over the world and it's awesome (Heck I've even seen more women in that series)
Then of course you race V8 Supercars and it's mostly Aussies.
This can also change with timezone, like races at 3am are mostly Americans up waaay too late, or Europeans who have just woken up.
I've developed a Leslie Knope Ann Perkins crush on Aleks.
