Jynx walked through the street alone. It was dark and the sky was stormy, it wasn’t raining yet, but it looked like it was going to. “What did he mean?” she whispered to herself, “Why would he want me to do such a thing, I work alone... I shouldn’t be doing anything for him, but, I was given a warning and I have to follow his order or else...” she paused, she didn’t want to say it because it scared her. She was 20 yes, but, it still frightened her. She didn’t wanna die... Well, not yet anyways... “I need help, but who do I go to?” she questioned. Then finally the rain started to pour, only lightly... Not pounding, just sprinkling... It was such a beautiful night. But of course it was ruined by her orders. She seriously needed help...

MEDITATION---

Not so bad, now that he had the ability to quiet his thoughts. CENTRAL PARK was busy with activity, and STRANGE was using the sound to center. He could sense someone who was more than 50 feet away when he was like this, when he was more aware of his presence than anything else.

When he felt the bullet cut through the air and race for his head, STEPHEN’s hand came up instinctively, eyes opening as quickly as his gut reaction. Grey eyes were blown out in shock for a moment, but THE SORCERER SUPREME had the upper hand.

He looked confused as hell as he tried to search for the shooter; they had probably used a silencer.

“....Nope. Try again.”

“I could fix that for you,” he practically chirps. Now here is something really wicked cool: Bod hasn’t been shot yet.

There had been talk that if he fucked up he would get shot, likely finally sent to his grave because this guy never MISSED. Of course here is something else really wicked cool: technically the guy wouldn’t miss but then with Bod, he also WOULD.

You know, that whole fading trick did a body good. Ha ha.. eh..

Of course all of that to say Bod didn’t KNOW this was THAT guy and that guy probably didn’t know Bod was capable of THAT thing, but they’d all find out real quickly, wouldn’t they?

“But you’d have to, uhm.. well, do me a favor and if you get a knock on the door in a minute, tell ‘em no one snuck in and no one is hiding here? And I’ll fix it lickity split then be on my way, yeah?”

Jumping at being shouted at, Ed took a few steps back and stared at the man in fear. There had been people behind her, she’d left the door open for them and when she looked back to explain that, the people were gone....wonderful. Turning back to apologize for the door, the mans glare quelled her boldness and cause her to take yet another step back, stammering as she attempted to get her voice back long enough to apologize.
