Employee Mental Health Check| DrGreyminez

She didn’t want to be there, but Lisa knew there was no getting out of it. Dr. Jimenez wanted to talk about her prior job as part of some kind of mandatory employee health check, and she couldn’t really say no.

Keeping her hands folded on her lap, she sat stright up, waiting for the doctor to come in and ask his questions. Hopefully, she wouldn’t break down on him-it’d be awkward and she’d hate to explain everything.

Juli leaves Marcelo for the Keeper. They have a dog named Mara who likes to hide keys and play in the mud and track it into the house. They also have a cat named Corey. He likes Juli, but spends a lot of his time hissing and wasting his best death stares on the Keeper, who can’t see them anyway.

Sabine had enough self control to listen to the entire phone call, before slamming her phone down.

“I swear...any more phone calls and I’m going to start pressing harassment charges on the fuckin’ doctor...”

“Are we ready then?”

Lisa sighed as she watched the doctor and the detective load up the rental van. She really hadn’t meant to mention Silent Hill to them, but after seeing the thing with the safe for a head, it had just slipped out.

Picking at her outfit, something casual that she didn’t mind if it was ruined, Lisa looked at the safe sitting on the curb. The entire plan didn’t sit well with her, but she especially didn’t like the thought of the safe thing decapitating himself for the sake of traveling.

Not waiting for an affirmative, Lisa stooped and picked up the safe, then opened the drivers side door. If she was going to drive, she’d best get ready to go, and she set the safe down on the passengers side seat.

She reaches up, wiping the blood away from her brow. She’d seen the look the doctor had given her before she’d fallen down the stairs.

“I’m going to fucking kill you, Jimenez.”

Jimenez gave her an oddly apologetic stare before saying, “If you are having…troubles, you can indulge in your fellow nurses. Most of the staff have above average standing in the medical field. We need you fully aware and focused on the job at hand here.”

Lisa stares at the doctor, before slowly nodding. She knows she won’t talk outside of work with the other nurses, she’s no urge to be hit with the same condensation as before.

“I understand, Doctor. I’ll put all my attention into the patients.”

Like she did Alessa, before she up and left, before she attacked the doct- Kauf- him, before she ran.

This time, she won’t make the same mistakes, and she wont run. She won’t.

“Where did you want me, Dr. Jimenez?” Lisa asks again.
