Happy Birthday Jayne County! Legendary superstar who’s career has spanned more musical and cultural eras then anyone I can think of And still working on new artist frontiers. Always inspiring for me was the Dear Wayne column in Rock Scene magazine where you could write in and get her expert advice. I would write and how excited was I when my letter was printed in 1972! Followed Jayne’s “Eddie & Sheena” tour in the UK in 1978 with Levi and the Rockats opening the shows. Henry Peck and I opened Vinyl Fetish in 1981 and hosted Jayne for one of our first in store appearances with her signing her new album.
