Help out your local dragon
“I have only what coin I can earn by using my magic as parlor tricks, and that, I believe, is only enough for the occasional market-bought foodstuffs. Since arriving here I have slept in the park, and occasionally in abandoned buildings, when the weather became too rough for even me to ignore it.”
[Which, admittedly, wasn’t too often - but this winter he’d sheltered in them more than he’d used to. Most of the time in Gransys, he’d simply ignored the weather in his natural form - which barely felt the cold at all. This human form, however…]

[Enough, yes. But he’d never slept inside an actual, heated building. As a dragon, he was simply too big, but as a human… he’d never had the coin for it. Perhaps a handful of times he’d slept at an in, in Gran Soren, but not often enough for it to stick out in his memory. ”I have always found a way to survive the elements.”

“Alright. Please stay close to me!”
[She closed her eyes, and began to focus. She didn’t waste any time and energy on making the door look fancy. It was simply a slab of plain wood with a doorknob, a threshold and a pivot. That was good enough. Once said door would be ready, she instantly opened it and dragged Grigori in with her as quickly as possible, since she had set to ‘undo’ the door as soon as they were through the door. That way, she could regain some of the energy lost in making the bloody thing in the first place!]
