Hear me out for the idol AU: what if Seteth and Flayn were a famous father-daugther pop idol duo (under the names Cichol and Cethleann) but Seteth was forced to retire for mysterious reasons and decided to be an idol manager instead (and Flayn retired with him and decided to be a makeup/hairstylist)

Edgeworth wasn’t really looking forward to the boss’ child taking over. He’d worked diligently for her father, and had even felt guilty when he passed away. Although he was glad to be able to get back to work after everything that happened to lead to his death, he didn’t want to have to spend time babysitting or teaching her the ropes.

What he definitely didn’t expect however, was to see her staring at him out of the corner of his eye. “Can I help you… boss?” he asked, hesitating slightly before having to address her so.
