Levi’s feelings for Erwin come to a head when they get caught in a blizzard and stuck outside of the walls for a few days.

It’s the only one I can think of off the top of my head that kinda fits the bill. It’s a long time since I’ve read this but I do remember enjoying it. I should add it to my Christmas reading list.

19. How do you get over writer's block?

Okay, so the cliche answer can be: give it time. Which... I hate that. Sometimes I desperately wanna write but it's not working. What I do at that time is often to talk to a fellow creator/writer. Sometimes I just need to explain the story and the idea to someone and all they have to do is rubber duck it, sometimes I'm genuinely stuck and I need another pair of eyes to figure out where it's going. Huge shoutout to @whatsaboomlakalaka and @sportspuckball who are excellent at this, and also @bilvaye because I've been bothering them a lot with this too. It's just so helpful.

That or sometimes it feels like I'm out of words, like in a way where it feels like there's no inspiration. And at that point it's often so helpful for me to consume more media, to read books and watch shows and movies so I see more narratives and that tends to inspire me.

And sometimes I just write out of spite because I'm that petty.

23. What’s a story you’d love to write but haven’t even started yet?

I mean, there's the Team Lift fic I'm super excited to write, but it isn't much more than ideas right now because another fic has completely sucked up all my inspiration and attention.

But also there's an idea at the back of my mind about the name "Tkachuk" meaning weaver, and writing about a magical Matthew who can weave protections into jersey and how this would work in a MattDrai universe. But that might turn into a birthday fic at some point.

Again, one that comes up plenty. Guess the boys just need each other a lot.

"Keep your promise and…" Matthew tries to think of something that could be enticing enough. "And I'll have another surprise for you."

It makes Leon groan and almost reach for Matthew. But then the phone rings again and Leon has to pick up. Matthew can't tell who it is, and Leon doesn't loop him in on the details of these conversations. Matthew respects the need for privacy but also a part of him is going crazy with anxiety.

But he refuses to give into that, not when he trusts Leon. It's Matthew's brain that's the problem here, and Matthew refuses to let it ruin this too.
