My Shepard, Gaia, proposes to Vega from her hospital bed after the destroy ending, tells him he's gonna be a Dad while they're celebrating him completing N7 training, and after a lengthy debate of space station vs. planet bound house, Gaia talks him out of building the house himself and to call a contractor. Rear Admiral Hannah Shepard is the proudest Grandma, and spoils all of her grandchildren rotten (1 boy, 2 girls).
Aaaaw, this makes me smile so hard. Those three will grow up with the most famous parents ever and both N7 on top of that! I’m just thinking of all the possible situations that could arise from that like “dad... you and mom are both N7 and super famous and here I am I just really love math” or “okay mom but what if I’m never good enough like you were???????” and I know they’ll deal with this so well. James would be such a good father. I’m really happy about that :)
Yazuk taking a break in Rivenspire because her girlfriend Sheomalah ( @theflamingnymph ) wanted an usie. Their pets were not being as photogenic... She loves her smol sorceress so much 💗
5. What’s their preferred profile, or class? Were they naturally inclined towards combat or technical skills? Were they a developed biotic, or did they first experience it with SAM?
Infilterator. He’s inclined towards Tech. He never had biotic potential, and he’d never experience it even with SAM, because of the Element Zero sickness he was born with. (it no longer affects his health, but it means that biotic “inhibitors” are all blocked in his body. No amount of AI can fix that.)
10. How have they dealt with the aftermath of Habitat 7? How deeply does this effect them?
Alec’s death deeply affected Moon, because he never thought himself a good son, or even a good soldier, someone worthy of such sacrifice. Also, he feels like he’s the one who screwed up and caused Alec’s death. What if he was a bit more athletic, and some how avoided having his helmet cracked open? What if it was Sun who was with Alec, she wouldn’t have let the old man die? After all he’d achieved in Andromeda, Moon is still haunted by this.
It is getting long, so the rest of the answers under the cut:
15. What were their reactions to the Angara and the Exiles? How did learning there was a whole new species in Helius affect them? How did news of the rebellion affect them?
Moon was really excited about the Angara, and Jaal joining. He always expected to meet some new species in Helius, so it didn’t come as a surprise, but the actual experience was a lot better than he thought. The news of Nexus rebellion was a shock to him, however. He always thought the Initiative had hand-picked its people and trained them, so this sort of thing would never happen. No wonder he kept going around asking exiles why they joined the rebellion.
20. How about driving the Nomad? Are they a good or terrible driver?
Growing up in Citadel, Moon never really had to drive and never bothered to learn. So the first time he learned was during the initiative training. He found he didn’t enjoy driving very much. He isn’t a terrible driver, but choses not to drive if he can avoid it.
25. How do they feel about what they’ve accomplished in Helius? Are they proud? Worried? Do they feel positive about the chances for a cluster-wide unity? If they could change anything that had happened since everyone arrived in the cluster, what would it be and why?
It is a victory of a sort, but a hollow one. Moon is slightly worried. The Kett are still out there, for one thing, and there are already too much in-fighting among the milky way species. The cluster wide unity is possible, but not he doesn’t feel that he’s the one who’ll achieve it. If they could change anything? Moon would very much like to bring his father back. Because he’d be the leader that people can really look up to, and really unite them.
What was the most embarrassing thing you ever did in high school?
Oh hmm… That was over ten years ago, so Imma have to think for a second. The only thing that comes to mind either throwing myself at a upperclassman (we were both in band) because I had a huge crush on him my sophomore year, or when I broke up with a guy I went to prom with my junior year because he embarrassed me in front of my bandmates (he was a choir dude). Lol, kinda boring when it comes to embarrassments! Thanks for the ask!
