So I tried diamond bakery at the Chinatown mall. And I'm kind of on the fence. The flavor variety is nice. The desserts look appealing. The execution was lacking. The sponge cake came off chewy and overdone. The creams had good flavor but not enough to know what it is without being told the flavor. All in all I would try it again. No 1 boba tea in the Chinatown mall is how can put this. A hidden gem. It's a tiny little boba shop hidden in a mall complex. The boba was so fresh and creamy. The teas we sweetened to perfection. None of the flavors overpowered the others. I kind of agree with the name. Estiatorio Milos at the cosmopolitan has become one of my favorite restaurants. The food there is so fresh and vibrant. They make sure that all their dishes are served with the freshest and best quality product that the fish is flown in daily from the Mediterranean. Everything we got came out fresh, hot, and flavorful. As many times as been here I've never been disappointed. They can be a bit pricey if you go for dinner because everything is sold as market price. But they have a great lunch special. Three courses for 25 dollars. As a complete venue it can't be beaten with its views of the strip, delicious food done simple, and Mediterranean style. It's a definite must eat here in Vegas. What can I say about chile addiction. Disappointed..... honestly happy that they didn't call themselves a Mexican restaurant. They say they are a New Mexican restaurant. I've never been to New Mexico but if the food is like this there I'm kind of glad haven't been. It was just a hot mess. Like literally all the food was spicy and bland. And the food that didn't get canned chili sauce on them were overcooked. If you like fast and convenient tacos then tacos el Gordon is the place. When it comes to quality over quantity then there are way better options. Don't take it as me saying that the tacos aren't good. They have good flavor and are quick. Sidestreet pho and grill is delicious. The pho is so flavorful and hearty. The broth has great flavor as a stand alone. Together it's so filling. The venue is laid out kind of cluttered. And the serving vessels could be a little bigger so you can add in whatever you like to your pho. They don't leave any room. Gordon Ramsey burger is one of those reality chef backed restaurants. Which means it's always busy and the food quality might be alright due to high volume. But the several times I've been there that's never been the case. The quality of the food products from taste is so fresh and flavorful. The plate up is so neutral but focused on eye appeal. Food is eaten through the eyes first. The ambiance is modern pub style so it flows well with the food. All around I enjoy eating at Gordon Ramsey burger the many times I've been. Went to the tea lounge at the mandarin oriental today. Honestly I'm not that impressed. The variety of teas is nice and even have modern flavors. But the petit fours are all basic in flavor. Nothing that captivated me. The concept is great. Location is magnificent with breathtaking views of the strip. But the food is lacking. Go for the tea stay for the niche.
