So I tried diamond bakery at the Chinatown mall. And I'm kind of on the fence. The flavor variety is nice. The desserts look appealing. The execution was lacking. The sponge cake came off chewy and overdone. The creams had good flavor but not enough to know what it is without being told the flavor. All in all I would try it again.
