What is a book of shadows? And I hate to ask such a broad question but could you explain Wicca?

A book of shadows is a collection of all the information about your specific craft.  It would include spells, magickal correspondences, important dates, your personal thoughts etc.

Take a look at this starter guide for information on Wicca.  There’s really too much to answer about it by myself.

So I bought my first deck of tarot cards not to long ago and I'm already pretty good but I'm looking to Improve,do you have any tips and also is there a way to get into using crystal balls?

Improving is simply done through practice and meditation.  There are lots of resources out there that give different people’s different interpretations of each individual card.  When working with Tarot cards, it is important to pick a spread that fits your situation and resonates with you on a personal level.  Each deck is also different, so bare that in mind.

Unfortunately, I have little to no knowledge on crystal balls.  You should ask The Friendly Witch, as I think she might have an answer for you.
