Is it a good idea to work while you are feeling sick? I think I might be coming down with a cold or something, but I'd really like to do a rune casting. I don't want to impair the accuracy of the answers or anything though.

Hello there dear. I would recommend against working if you’re feeling terribly poorly; if only because you need to rest! Practising can be draining in energy terms - both physically and otherwise - and you need yours for getting well.That said, if you are feeling strong, can focus, are clear-headed and can enjoy the task you’re doing regardless of having a bit of a cold, go right ahead. Just make sure you have some down-time afterwards >w<

Just got home from work and thefriendlywitch and Magpie have sent me a beautifully packaged parcel. I was so excited to open it I almost ripped the crepe paper and threw it everywhere. They sent me some gorgeous hand cut taper candles, some potent incense sticks which have scented my house before I have even lot them and an amazing collection of herbs with instructions on how to use them. I may have to paste these pages straight into my BOS. Thank you so much guys x Aside from this wonderful gift, I love you guys, you have such a helpful blog it is probably the most reblogable one I follow. So any of you followers that haven't already, take a look, you won't regret it.

What is a book of shadows? And I hate to ask such a broad question but could you explain Wicca?

A book of shadows is a collection of all the information about your specific craft.  It would include spells, magickal correspondences, important dates, your personal thoughts etc.

Take a look at this starter guide for information on Wicca.  There’s really too much to answer about it by myself.

So I bought my first deck of tarot cards not to long ago and I'm already pretty good but I'm looking to Improve,do you have any tips and also is there a way to get into using crystal balls?

Improving is simply done through practice and meditation.  There are lots of resources out there that give different people’s different interpretations of each individual card.  When working with Tarot cards, it is important to pick a spread that fits your situation and resonates with you on a personal level.  Each deck is also different, so bare that in mind.

Unfortunately, I have little to no knowledge on crystal balls.  You should ask The Friendly Witch, as I think she might have an answer for you.
