can i just tell you that 30 days is not a long time...
so i ventured away from social media and email for 30 days to reconnect with myself and my family, and believe it or not, to start a new venture.

storytelling with infographics
nonprofit communicators are always looking for a way to "tell their story"; but sometimes, we seem to be at a loss for words. we either write too much or write too little. when we're lucky, we might find a photo that visualizes our text, and when we're not, we purchase a stock photo, attempting to do the job.
but what about infographics? you know infographics, those cute lil' images that you usually find in the USA Today accompanying that complicated story about taxes or the national debt -- yes, those infographics -- did you know that you can make your own?
grab your organization's story teller, find a visual designer and go create. make your content compelling, speak with numbers, reveal changes, and give your organizational outcomes context.
