Winter Good Cop Fic Challenge!
Winter is coming, and so is the Good Cop fanfic challenge of Winter 2018 hosted by the Good Conspirators! This year the challenge is inspired by Hallmark movies that fill up our screens throughout December. Follow this blog and keep your eyes peeled for more announcements as December draws near.

When does the challenge start?
The challenge officially kicks off on December 1st and goes throughout the month.
The prompts will drop on this blog the day after Thanksgiving, November 23rd so you will have time to plan.
To write amazing winter-themed stories for the lovely Good Cop fandom using prompts inspired by the tropes in Hallmark Christmas movies.
How many stories do I have to write to participate?
You can write as many or as few as you want! All are welcome!
You can also support the challenge by reblogging this so other fans can find it and by commenting on stories when they come out.
Do they have to be Christmas themed?
No! They can revolve around any December holiday or just winter in general.
Do the stories have to be in the romance genre?
No! While the prompts are inspired by romance movies, your stories can be in any genre.
When do I post the stories I write?
Any time between December 1 and January 1st.
How do we submit stories?
Either post your stories on tumblr directly, or you can post a link to an outside source to your tumblr. Tag your stories: #TheGoodCopWinterFicChallenge and we will reblog them to this blog!
There will also be a collection on AO3 with the same name (TheGoodCopWinterFicChallenge), which should appear closer to the challenge.
Wait, but who are the Good Conspirators?
We are a collective of Good Cop fans that found each other on AO3 and now spend our time dissecting the show out of love and developing elaborate theories (conspiracy theories) about the characters, timelines, and backstories.
