"Unfortunately not. It seems like all those fool-hardy enough to visit have died off."
"Call it natural selection, I suppose."

(starting as Grave) Grave was a bit surprised to see the visitor. Ah, his female self from alternate universe. He calmly asked:
"How do you feel after saw your alternate self from alternate universe? Strange, isn't it ?"
Blueberry Cheesecake ~ For thegraveyardmistress
As a king, it is Kachessa's duty to travel and meet with many nobles in varying countries. Especially if Marlon wants to not be taken over by another country itself. But sometimes, getting there can be... Interesting. Staying in inns is her preferred action, as opposed to another noble's place while on her way. She can breathe then, and not worry about her secret being found out.
Tonight? She's walking in Elphegort, to clear her head and be away from people. She'd made a small trail, marking on trees lightly with her sword to find the way back. She doesn't worry about bandits or animals, those she can deal with. She slew a demon, she can easily take care of herself. And besides, she's much stronger than most.
"...I'm not sure if this walk is helping or not..." she mutters to herself, only pausing because an eerie mist is beginning to move in. Ah... Perhaps she should head back. Something doesn't feel right...

The Forest was a place of refugee. Sure, there were stories of bandits and bears, but Clarith had never crossed the path of either. She was utterly sure nothing could go wrong in the forest. So, when she went out and gathered trauben, she felt no fear.
On the return trip, however, fear swelled as the forest seemed to shift into a dead place, somewhere that reeked of sin. The pale abino looked about, her confident steps slowing with icy fear piercing her heart.
Snap.
Looking down, it only took a second before she let out a scream of fright at the human bones. Clarith scrambled away, however tripped over a raised root.
She fell with a grunt, immediately gathering the berries back into her basket. When she looked up, a woman in deep red clothing met her gaze.
"..U..U-uwaa....?!"
