SCP AU's moon's documents cause the reader to start to feel drowsy as they're read. It is advised to read the document in short bursts due to this memetic effect related to Moon. Some people use them to fight insomnia, however.
Sun's however will do the opposite, filling the reader with energy as they read, to the point some at the end of reading cannot sit still, maybe it even causes heart attacks.
Moon himself acts as a sort of Sandman, forcing people to sleep when in contact, but those that fall asleep don't wake up, despite still being "Alive". (See that one Lobotomy Corp abnormality)
Dunno what sun or eclipse do, but they still swap depending on light levels/threat.
Oh, I like those ideas! Direct/prolonged contact with either have adverse effects on the personnel interacting with them. Moon causes people to go "comatose," as it were, and Sun can cause nearly (rare, but still possible) fatal levels of insomnia/sleeplessness.
I feel like prolonged exposure to Eclipse would result in general mental deterioration: visual/auditory hallucinations, trouble sleeping/chronic nightmares, and paranoid behavior from the "infected" individual, resulting in increasingly violent behavior and instability. Amnestics are usually provided as a "cure" to the infliction.
