Jung Joon Young And Choi Jong Hoon Sentenced To Prison For Sexual Assault

The courts have sentenced Jung Joon Young to six years in prison and Choi Jong Hoon to five years in prison, finding them guilty of sexually assaulting an individual who was incapable of resisting. They will also have to undergo 80 hours in a sexual violence rehabilitation program and will face restrictions of employment for five years in any organization related to children and teenagers. The prosecution requestto put the five defendants under protective supervision was denied.

Five individuals including Jung Joon Young and Choi Jong Hoon were charged with aggravated rape in Gangwon Province in January 2016 and in Daegu in March 2016. They also faced charges of filming and spreading footage that was illegally taken during that time.

Do I believe he is using this to try and cover up all the other scandals and Seungri isn't getting arrested after multiple tries because of their obvious ties with the police? You bet I do.

Do I think this is to cover the fact he himself and many others in the label have hosted rape orgies and trafficked women as young as 14 years old as bribes? You bet I do.

Do I believe all of this is to cover up ALL of what is happening at YG ENTERTAINMENT and how deep shit they're in they need to throw SOMETHING. FUCKING. GOOD. OUT. TO. THE. WOLVES?! YOU. BET. I. FUCKING. DO!!!!

This happened 3 frikin years ago. 3. Hanbin admitted to it and is owning up to it and he was in one of the darkest times of his life at that point. The fact that he felt like he had to turn to drugs as an escape is all too sad. Too, too sad. The fact he wanted to become a musical genius on drugs is disappointing as heck, but this was 3 years ago. He mentioned and has been open about his struggles and pain. You do some stupid shit. He knew the laws and he knew what would happen if caught and this is all just so sad an disappointing. He does need to take responsibility and he did. Does he need to end his career? Absolutely not.

Do I believe he should be 'cancelled' from this? Absolutely not.

This is all just too much and all too sad. I hope the people don't stray about what's really important here...Don't lose sight about what has been going on in YG ENTERTAINMENT. Don't lose sight about what some of those monsters being kept safe and hidden have done. Be angry. Be loud. Don't let them get away with this.

this scandal just isn’t about nobodies or faceless company heads, the men named so far have all been idols that have been living a life of luxary & privilege, while also secretly being monsters. I’ve said it before but it’s okay if you’re hurt by this or shocked that they are involved, just please don’t blindly support them bc you still think they can do no wrong.
