Scout was the type of friend to go out of her way to make sure those she cared about knew that she did. Truthfully she hadn’t known it was Heikki’s birthday until she received a facebook notification about it, and once she had she decided she’d take him out to lunch as a little gift for him. She didn’t have the money to buy a great gift for him at all, but she could afford to pay his and his daughters lunch if they went somewhere affordable. She sent him a text, letting him know that she was swinging by though didn’t elaborate as to why. About an hour after texting him, the bus finally arrived in his neck of the city. She knocked on his door and rocked back on her feet as she waited for him.

Tony ‘Mellian’ McDaniel - Regina’s old pimp

Regina was ‘taken in’ by Mellian when she was seventeen, he wooed her into believing she could make a better life for herself by turning her enjoyment of sex into something lucrative just so long as she allowed him to manage it for her. He took as much money from her as possible, pushing her out to work every hour god gave, until she was basically just a machine when it came to sex for work.  She knew how to turn it on and off, that’s what made her one of his top earners, but the man never actually held any kind of care for the girls wellbeing. He’d still own her to this day if it wasn’t thanks to the help of Daniel.

What is your favorite thing about Lizzie?

How like us she is. 

She is our daughter in every way I can think of. She has my hair but Ben’s curls. My smile but Ben’s eyes. She picks up our mannerisms and its adorable to see myself in her or Ben in her.

She may not be biologically either of ours but she is our daughter.

Graham loves granola with peanut butter. That’s one of his favorite foods that he eats all the time. He doesn’t even like oatmeal- he loves specifically hard granola, cinnamon usually, with peanut butter and sometimes sliced bananas. He could eat it 24/7.
