“Thorin!” Dis ran down the castle halls as fast as her legs could carry her, weaving in and out of the dwarfs around her, searching for her brother within the faces. “Thorin, look!” Finding him she tugged on his sleeve slightly breathless. “Isn’t it beautiful?” Dis asked smiling, looking at the blue flower in her hands.

“You’re back already?” Dis asked walking out from the back room and into the front room, smiling at her older brother while balancing her eldest child on her hip. “I thought you said it would take a few months at least.”
Dis set the child down, and watched him walk away over to the toys in the corner before turning back to face Thorin. “Where are the others?” She knew the felling in the pit of her stomach wasn’t a good one, but she had to hold out hope. If not for herself than for her children.

"Do you think we will ever reclaim Erebor?" Dis asked, looking up to her older brother. "I know it's our home but at the moment the odds don't seem to be in our favor."
Yeah so Filina has inspired me to make a damn emotional headcanon too with her feelsy stuff!
This one's kind of like I'd like to imagine Fili and Kili reuniting in the afterlife after BOTFA. In my head Kili dies first so he'll be there already waiting for Fili (and eventually Thorin) to cross over. And it'd be emotional as hell because feelsy!
