Mucchan,if you can pick someone to be guilty 3 times in a row while everyone else to be innocent 3 times in a row. Who would it be? (Also please pick atleast 3 people cuz I feel like I know who exactly you would choose;maybe make an most likely muu would choose to least likely with an top3 kind of thing?)

Idk if it's legal in milgram but can you like cut/break off the restrains (looking at og T2 mikoto).

If so,then 3 rows AU fuuta have granted the access of getting his hand and arm restraints cut off (but only with the help of someone)
