You don’t know what’s worse, that a stranger saved you from certain doom, or that he’s growing on you. Looking at him now, there’s a degree of fondness that trumps the embarrassment you feel around him. He’s a monster of a man, built like a brick-house though with the mild-mannered demeanor of a gentle-giant. When he laughs, it feels like the air is crumbling around you, and when he affectionately ribs your side, it’s as if the ground is shifting beneath your shaky legs. But for all your differences and all the trip-ups, you feel infallibly drawn to this man, if not for his company alone. He’s not too shabby on the eyes, either … You only hope this one will stick around after your cuts and bruises have long healed over.

Typically he’s not one for much anxiety, it’s rare he shows he’s got much of anything bothering him, which is to say he will heavily bottle it and let it fester until he has an emotional breakdown or a total meltdown at some point or another.
Not healthy, no... but well, he’s not one for making too many good choices, now is he?
