Newt couldn't remember much, only that he had landed himself in the hospital and five days later, he was released into the custody of Chris Argent and his daughter, Allison. He honestly wasn't sure why he was being released into the custody of them, because he didn't even know them but...to be fair, he didn't remember anything else, either. When they came to pick him up, he scrubbed his face with the palm of his hand (which had a long slash across the back of it and his wrist had a matching mark) and crawled into the back of their car. And once he did so, he folded his arms across his chest and and eyed the two very curiously. "---Okay I appreciate ya'shanks in taking me in, but who are you exactly? Because I've never seen you in my bloody life." But then, how could he say that when the only thing that he remembered was his own name and waking up in the hospital? They weren't family -- he knew that much, so why did they care about him? That just didn't make much sense at all and he wanted answers.
