Fun fact of the day:

Black tea has the exact same amount caffeine as coffee (if you’re doing actually tea, not microwave a bit of water, throw one leaf in there for half a minute and disgrace the name because what the actual fuck) but it’s still better for the body.

Caffeine in tea, or also referred to as theine, is the same molecule as caffeine anywhere else. But theine is bound inside the tea differently so that it get admitted to the bloodstream later in the course of digestion and slower, therefor gentler. Thing is, it still does the same fucking thing to the receptors in your neurons.

What I’m trying to say is:

STOP REPLACING COFFEE WITH TEA AND PRETENDING LIKE YOU DRINK LESS CAFFEINE.
