Day 7 for the yoga body boot camp! Completed the series. Simply wonderful enjoyed myself and learned a lot. Still going to keep practicing but will post online every once in a while. I've been practicing for over a yr now and it's an amazing journey I'm learning a lot about myself and it's simply amazing. Thank you for @ceceyogini for being on my journey with me. I'm learning a lot from you and hopefully more to come.
