1st day on the job

Math was standing still, it was’t something he liked doing but it’s essentially what he’d been paid to do. and when you were one of the only people at home who could get money you did most things people paid you for. and he had been paid to stand outside this room, in a research complex, hidden mostly underground. it really was one massive room, with many building like rooms inside of it. Math was fairly sure that this was most likely to get him in trouble if things went wrong, but if things went right then he’d be helping a lot of good happen. that said he had to make sure that no one interfered with the room behind him, this was a key moment apparently. so he stood in all of his war gear he could carry at once, trying to look as imposing as possible. when he thought for a moment he saw movement ..... up in the rafters and supports a few meters above him. he switched on the Blacksun Filter in his mask and did a quick visual sweep. whoever she was, she was good, but he had lived against Genestealers and she wasn’t quite as good as them ..... close though.

Quoth the Rachel, "Kara. Kara. Kara I need a bandaid. I need one because I scraped my knee when I tripped and fell on the ground because I wasn't looking where I was going because I couldn't take my eyes off you." Cue winking and eyebrow raises.

“I do have band aids around here somewhere.” Kara searched around for a moment. She found a box of band aids and strutted over to Rachel. “Here.” She stretched the box to Rachel before realizing what the other meant exactly. “Oh...” A blush spread across her cheeks.”You don’t actually scraped your knee did you?”

"Kara, I'd enjoy your company right now. Probably to kiss you or something. Wait, I mean, hang out or something. Girl's Night? Maybe?"

“Well I wouldn’t mind it if you kissed me. In fact, I highly encourage it.”
