Loki blinked at her for a moment. “Why is your hair black?” He snarked.

It's time like these, when you're chained to a wall that you reflect on how you came to be in such a predicament. Sif had been on Midgard when the invasion began from the stars with all the warning of a sucker punch. Weapons launched from the black had knocked out much of the technic civilization on the planet in preparation for...a very strange sort of attack. Instead of advanced weaponry the aliens, some sort of extra tall humanoid, attacked with almost primitive weapons. Sword, shields, thrown spears and archery once again was the cutting edge of warfare on Midgard save for the more rugged models of firearms repaired after the attacks. Many of the super powered beings with leadership qualities began taking command of groups of scattered soldiers and fighting back as overall command began breaking down. It was during one of these missions Sif and her squad was captured.

"You look like a lady in dire need of a rescue. I suppose you can bring your friends too."

Sif looks up at the sudden voice speaking from the ceiling only to be greeted by...well, the ceiling. That is till a dark liquid flows out of a small vent, hanging unlike any liquid has any right to till it solidifies into an almost familiar figure hanging from the ceiling. He, the detail having gotten that far along to tell as such, drops down and quickly moves about undoing the locks on all the chains via his hand faking like a key. "You've been missed, people. Some boffin's rigged a few vehicles to work again and they're waiting."

Chimera does his lockpick trick with the door and disappears out it...then pokes his head back in. "Well? Move your asses!" He'll be damned if he gets stuck here because some jackass wants to bleed his rookies on a planet-wide scale and ruin his ride in the process.
