"I shouldn't be getting ill at all. Speaking of, how are you fairing?" He just hoped the child was fine.

The bed was a mess, its two occupants tangled in the blankets and laying side by side, Kent’s arms wrapped about Talvi. He slowly came too, blinking away the sleep as he recalled what happened last night. Looking down and seeing the pink head of hair in front of him brought it all back, though.
He snuggled back down against her, kissing the back of her neck. He remembered everything now, how she finally grew too fed up with his teasing and made the ultimatum, how he’d accepted it and showed her just how much he loved her…
Maybe he could show her again. Into her ear he murmured teasingly, “morning sex is my favorite~”, hoping it wouldn’t end with her freezing him for his insolence.

Before he could even think or react, to cover his eyes or turn away, the manakete was on him, her lips pressed to his and her bare body pressing against him. His eyes went wide, this reversal throwing him off his guard. Normally it was him stealing kisses, and never anything like this. Small pecks on the cheek or lips, more teasing than anything, lacking the passion she so obviously placed in this kiss.
Despite his racing thoughts, hardly a second passed before his arms wrapped around her waist, pulling her tighter against him as he returned the kiss with equal vigor.

10. Hand Kiss
The blizzard lasted longer than either of them had expected, since he’d arrived more than a week had passed by. At first it took some getting used to, being in an alien place with only one other person for company.
At long last however, the weather cleared and he decided, with a bit of regret, it was time to take his leave. Bundled up in his warmest clothes, the pack of supplies she’d given him slung over his back and filled to the brim, he turned to Talvi once more, taking her hand and bowing at the waist to plant a kiss on the back of it.
"Were it not for your kindness, ma’am, I wouldn’t be here today. I owe you my life, Talvi."

This had to be too good to be true for Turace, rumors of a dragon of ice. It simply couldn't have been that easy to hear of a clan once living in the area. Whether or not it was true or not, it was something he'd still have to look into if it meant there could be some of his kin still alive.
Flying over the country, the somewhat clear wyrm glided through the air as he rested in the center, occasionally taking a short breaks of flying as the wyrm crawled along on the ground, continuing its search
"I suppose it has…There are not as many manaketes as there use to."The pink haired manakete trailed off into silence as she contemplated the other’s question. She didn’t want to reveal too much to the other due to the that Talvi herself had no intentions in remaining apart of this army called the ‘shepherds’ for very long. Nor did she want to make any lasting bonds with them either.
Yet, she couldn’t just end the conversation now not when the other held the blood of Naga within her veins. After what seemed to be ages in arguing with herself the woman finally gave the other manakete an answer that she probably did not want to hear. “I am from the Ice dragons tribe.” She finally admitted.
"No, there aren't many manaketes left at all..." Tiki sighed thinking of long past friends of manakete bloodlines. Where were they now? Were they still alive? She hadn't heard form Bantu in some time...she hoped the old Fire dragon was alright. He was like a grandfather to Tiki. There she goes getting lost in her thoughts again. Shaking her head she looked at the other dragon and gave an inaudible sigh of relief. It seemed they had both been lost in thought and the conversation had not moved. Though when Talvi spoke next it made Tiki's blood run cold.
"...I wasn't aware there were any Ice dragons left...though I guess I do not know as much as I claim to know." Rubbing her arm Tiki shuddered. She had nothing to fear. This dragon wasn't here to send her back to sleep..right? Right. She was merely helping out in the war..nothing more. "I...i must thank you for lending your strength to this armies cause." Holding out her hand she attempted to smile. "Tiki, Divine dragon. I hope I can get to see you fight sometime."
