The girl eyed the cars driving pass by, completely zoned out as she sat on a table outside the cafe. Her chin was resting on her palm and she continued to watch the cars in peace until a soft noise distracted her from her thoughts.

"....? ...ah-!"

"Mary-! Don't eat all the macarons! The pink and red ones are mine, the Blue and yellow ones are yours!" The girl scolded at the blonde, but it wasn't all too serious.

Ib sighed as she leaned back on her chair, she flashed the blonde a smile.

"Oh mary,..What am i going to do with you..?" She responded, chuckling. "At least save some for mom and dad, okay?"

Mary cocked her head, hands behind her back. "You look very tired, Garry. What's wrong?" Mary felt she was oddly being kind to him.

“Oh, no, nothing’s wrong, really! I’m feeling a bit under the weather, but this will pass. Don’t worry.” He sounded like he was trying to convince himself as much as he was trying to convince her.

He gave her an exhausted smile.
