I KNOW the council probably meant the villain pd guys to be just evil versions of them but like- all I can see is the same kids but……. The world was cruel. The world threw them to the side and left them to be lost in the cracks until they were full heartedly changed for the worse and then tossed in prison….. instead of finding them and giving them a place to grow and to do good (even though still not enough support for three teens- but better than the less than nothing the villains get-) like the pd had……. JUST RHGGRGRGRHRHHRHRRR. THE WORLD FAILED THEM AND NOW BLAMES THEM FOR THE ANGER THEY HAVE FOR IT. FUCKED UP.
