is jason a jealous guy when it comes to jaime( I Do not know if this is phrase properly)
YES! Everytime I write Jason down, cataloging the plethora of traits he has, jealousy is almost always included. Because it fits, to me.
Jealousy lurks inside everyone. It's got many faces, many voices. Many fragments that shape someone's behavioral anatomy. Jason never feels anything small.
He hates hard and loves harder. He's not a soldier, but he is an army. All little boys in Crime Alley are. They have no other choice.
Jason grows possessive and defensive and territorial over things because he knows they don't last.
Jaime cracks into his life like a beam of sunshine ripping a storm open. Jason doesn't know how he got here. Only that he can't leave.
"You can, obviously," he's not a brute. No matter how hard Gotham tries to mold and break him into one. But if Bruce refuses to yield to her, Jason will, too. "I don't, -- you can leave. Anytime. "
Jaime smiles like God poured sunshine on his teeth. " Why would I want to?"
" Because," Jason squeezes a smaller hand into his, thumb caressing bronze, sun-kissed skin. "I'm a jealous asshole. I'll bitch a lot. Get insecure over stupid bullshit."
" I knew that."
" I'll wanna be around you. Like, all the time. Like a goddam leech."
" So, I'll get a beefy, clingy boyfriend? Sounds like a win."
" I'll, -- want you. Everyday. All the time."
"Jason," Jaime's voice is half command, half promise. " Everyday, we're going to give eachother the choice to stay, or to leave. And you've always been an easy choice."
So yes, Jason is a jealous bastard; His kisses have teeth, his hands are hungry, and his love is a thing of worship. But Jaime never makes him jealous. He makes him feel lucky.
