Batim theories: What also is kinda fascinating, the depth henry is moving on,(not only narrative wise) but story wise. From chapter 1 to 4 he might aswell have climbed a skyscraper downwards. While accurately measuring how deep the construction went will likely be impossible, with the dept we are working with, Joey probably built on similar grounds to Aperture sience. And im rather certain not everyone knew, hence why accounting had to wrestle with costs that in his own words "werent adding up"
