Master Cleanse Overview

From what I can tell it is said to be not long lasting, however this is due to jumping from eating nothing to eating as you would have normally.

It is low in cost to maintain but you can expect to have detox symptom such as headaches, cravings, and etc.

The difficulty level for this is high but you will see weight loss. After the cleanse though it is your responsibility to keep it off.

It goes with all dietary restrictions, So it is very accommodating in that sense.

The average length that you do the cleanse is 10 days however individual people vary.
