This is another movie that made my mind go "Did this exist or has your mind made up a movie!?" Glad this actually exists and I can say something other than "you know that mean that dressed as a turtle for some reason? No it's not teenager mutant ninja turtles." For some reason I didn't think it was Dana Carvey in the role but rather Wallace Shawn. As a kid, I loved these sort of movies. The ones that allowed the actors to throw off the moment by dressing up and creating havoc throughout the scene. It was my favourite film style as a kid. Was some of this filmed using Police Academy sets? Some of those sets look like they were recycled from Police Academy. Watching it as an adult is a little different. It seems like Pistachio has DID (Dissociative identity disorder) with his uncertainty of how many voices speak in his head and he feels like can't be able to explore those identities until his in those disguses. The fart joke got old real quick. I got 40minutes in and quickly realised why did I like this as a kid? Cause it's uncomfortable to sit through. How many pop culture references did they need to throw in? Even 20 or so years later, does anyone understand any of them? I understood some purely cause I'm a 90's baby but if my siblings were to watch this, they wouldn't understand who any of the disguses would be. #themasterofdisguise https://www.instagram.com/p/CneJxZ9PEjN/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
