hi everyone! i’m carola and i’ve been lurking around here for a long time and then just recently decided to join the tumbl-verse. you might have seen me following a bunch of you lately and reblogging some stuff, but i’m often too nervous or shy (🙄) to come out of my cage and interact with anyone lol. i came across the lovely initiative that is @gallacrafts and i felt really inspired, so i thought i’d give it a try and create something! ✨ i rolled the dice and got the “i gotta worry, you’re my husband” deleted scene, so loving and caring husbands it is! 🥰
fun (?) fact: my idea was to try to slowly recreate the scene by writing the dialogue on pieces of paper to then get to the most important words of the whole scene. this scene was essential for their relationship, i’ll never understand why they deleted it [angrily shakes fists].
not gonna lie, this @gallacrafts theme stumped me for a hot minute. but eventually came up with a little dream scene x camo kiss mash up.
“alright…what kinda sappy story ya got to go with the cake this year? five years. it’s a big one.”
“ahem.” ian clears his throat. “so, used to have these dreams. years ago. back when we were living in your old house. we were in this room. everything was white. everything. these curtains billowing in the wind. you’d be standing there hold yev and i’d walk up and kiss you. everyone all dressed in white. like angels or something. this perfect heavenly family. everything i wanted so much for us.”
“you had shrooms and didn’t share?”
“it’s a dream! dreams are always on shrooms.”
“wait. this when you were running ‘round all manic ‘fore we knew what the fuck was goin’ on?”
“yes, but not the point. anyways…that was always kinda the vision, ya know? this future i kept in my head for us. never would’a imagined anything like this, like the shit we’ve got goin’ now. but ya know what? think it’s a thousand times better. and i’m proud’a you.”
“me?”
“yeah. this whole business was your idea.”
“hmm, but never would’a got the gig if you hadn’t made us wear those god awful uniforms.”
“hey. we were sexy as fuck in those uniforms. still bummed we quit wearin’ ‘em.”
“would’a died in those things in the summer, man.”
“mmm, you’re already hot regardless of the weather. still got ‘em in the closet. little dress up? for old times sake?”
“fine. but you better bring me a piece’a that cake in bed when we’re done.”
