Another prompt!
Ahhh this was weirdly difficult for me today!
The theme for today is "Quarantine Companion,"
It might be tempting to think there isn't much one can do in quarantine. Going to the shops is a nonstarter, and hanging out with friends has become relegated to zoom calls or Netflix Parties. One thing that hasn't been hampered by the social distancing has been my desire to create. So, for my companion I've chosen to highlight my newest creative hobby: oil pastels. When I'm not actively making, I'm daydreaming and sketching out roughs for my next piece. For a hobby I've only been actively pursuing since the beginning of 2020, I've got /so many/ completed pieces, each focusing on a fundamental skill I need to develop to become a more skilled artist. I know I'll never be A Great Artist, but I like to think I'm pretty okay, and it brings me joy!
