I would like to recommend the works by KathrineJ, specifically the 'Sometimes to run is the brave thing' series, which is a really heart-breaking take on what would happen if Neil ended up becoming a raven after staying at Evermore for xmas. It's 2 parts, with one part being Andrew's POv and one being Neil's. Loved Jean in this too!!

It has been years since Neil disappeared in the night, only to reappear the following semester on the starting line-up for the Ravens, the name Wesninski painted across his back. A chance encounter at a Gala leads Andrew to believe there might be more to the story of Neil's defection than what they'd been led to believe. - In which Neil would do anything to protect his family. Andrew has a broken knee and needs a knee brace, he’s a villain to pay of Aaron’s medical school bills, he and Neil are arch rivals but Neil gets messed up by Riko and goes to Andrew for safety and help. It’s like 6 chapters at most and I cannot for the life of me remember what it’s called

He would never admit it, but his thing for Neil is becoming a serious problem. Half his schemes aren’t even real anymore, if he’s honest. They’re just excuses to see number ten.  Andrew isn’t a hardcore villain anyways, so it’s not really a big deal. As long as he robs a few banks a year, he doesn’t have to worry about keeping a job or rent, and his brother gets to continue med school. It was a good plan until Neil fucking Josten showed up and started meeting all his standards.

With the shadow and bones release I was reminded of a fic I read that was an aftg x six of crows crossover and I just cant seem to track it down so I am hoping you can help pretty please?

It's the aftg characters set in the six of crows plot I believe Andrew is Kaz and Neil is Inej but my memory could be faulty on that one. Kevin is a hostage the team have to break out of his imprisonment in an impossible location and the whole fic is just phenomenal.
