25. what inspirations have you drawn on for your story?

I think the Annihilation references are pretty clear! I've mentioned it before, and I remember someone had noticed it too. And as I was writing the last household, I got into pondering that my witches wouldn't probably be as fucked up without The Witcher.

I'm pretty sure there's something from Dragon Ages, too.
