Now i just got to figure out, how to say goodbye, you're toxic, goodbye, your are bad for my mental health . . . Goodbye and let me go quietly . . . For i have had enough . . . Enough of being controlled, enough of the gaslighting . . . I am not your doormat.

But i don't know how . . . I am immune to the toxins. . . . This mental state has become my normal . . . This silence is comfortable. . . . Had enough? or am not enough? . . . I am out of control without this control . . . And i am lost without this gaslighting. . . . But i am kept in my place, where i am safe, under your feet . . . This doormat . . . Fears being free.

A sleep deprived poem/a half assed poem

Where do i begin?

how do i make my own decisions?

So long of being stretched to thin, pulled that way, this way, over there, over here.

So long of being told who, how, what, when where.

Being told you like this, no, you don't like that.

Being told puppet sit,

puppet stand,

puppet dance.

Puppet, unpick your stitching,

stuff with this stuffing, stitch you shut,

oh but puppet stay silent,

stitch your mouth shut.

Puppet be still

stitch those hands from palm to Palm.

Puppet don't run,

stitch you from heal to toe

Because puppet its a cruel world out there, now do as i say puppet, not as i do.

I am in my element. This is my happy place. My safe place. My peace.
