5. The ending to breath of the wild, but when you dont 100 percent collect all the memories. i would have found it a suitable ending with zelda saying “do you remember me” and it cutting to black.

4. the ending to undertale’s true pacifist ending. most multiple choice games dont make it feel rewarding enough to do the right thing; undertale does

3. the ending to coraline. that movie lives rent free in my head because the dramatic sting and accompanying shot implies something very dire in context
