Hey, this is out of the blue but I saw you send an ask about working out with asthma and I wanted to help you out! I have asthma too. You just have to take it slow. Take your inhaler before you do cardio and do a 10 min warmup to get blood flowing...
Oh, thank you so much for this, I appreciate it so much ;-; I’m wondering, how long do you think I should walk on the treadmill? I usually go at 3.5 mph for 15-20 minutes but I’m not sure if that’s enough cardio for the day...
