You are the only person born in 1996 that I know and do not find annoying or stupid and dense as fuck. I think we were supposed to be born like a year or two earlier but some greater force made a mistake and made us be born in that year.

I always assumed that Princess Sailor Moon and Usagi were different people. I thought that Princess Sailor Moon was just the remains of the soul/grief/memories of Princess Serenity and not Usagi herself.

They are two separate people. PSM was selfish while PGSM Usagi wasn't.

Well, many animes have been remade over the years again and again like Cutie Honey, Sally the Witch, Astroboy, Cyborg 009 etc. with varying results. I have a tiny spec of hope that one day it might get a decent remake...

I don't wanna wait to be an old sis to watch a decent SM remake :(

Well, I've heard that Naoko really liked the original anime, at least she says so in this one interview. It used to be on youtube with english subs but it's been deleted but ones with spanish and italian subs still exists. You can find those if you just search "Naoko Takeuchi interview"

I think that Naoko did love the classic anime it's just some things she really disliked:

The senshi dying at the end of season 1 (but mainly because she wanted to do that first in the manga and they didn't let her).
