@themoonsavedme and I saw Moana recently. Riss wears the Dipper hat a lot--this Actually Happened. Probably happened to Dip and Mabel a bunch too.

ANOTHER LIFE GOAL COMPLETE
(may or may not get it touched up for thicker lines when it heals)

“I realized earlier that I mistake my ability to throw my weight around...”
Ah man, I'm sorry, I get that. If it helps, chubby Ladys are always super cute to me. Sorry about the health stuff though
/)w(\ Ahhh thank you, sweetheart!
Yeah, my Grandmother, Aunt, and Uncle on my Mom’s side all have Type 2 diabetes, and I would like to avoid that, if at all possible, but food is so good and gyms are gross. I’m sure I’ll get over it eventually and just do it. I’m sure I will, for cosplays in the future, hahahaha.
I’m watching Riss play Life is Strange and I’m so excited about this AU idea.
In Episode 5, you can get Mr. Jefferson to play you music before he kills you. He puts on this upbeat record of a song called “Crazy Like Me.” It doesn’t actually save you. So my AU--
You keep rewinding time. When you ask for a last request, you bring up the song. Jefferson is surprised that you know it. You tease information out of him and keep going back in time so that you can pass yourself off as a fangirl of the band who wrote the song. (Madson still breaks in and gets knocked out/killed/etc.)
Jefferson is obviously surprised and begins to realize that he can relate to you on multiple levels. Photography, music, a peculiar way of looking at life. He starts to hesitate about the idea of killing you. Before he can steel his resolve, Arcadia Bay gets destroyed (as is obvious from the sounds of tornado, any radio contact with the outside world, etc). As the two people safe in a bunker, you and Jefferson are the only survivors. Arcadia Bay is cut off from the rest of the world as part of the destruction.
The AU is essentially an episodic sitcom where you and Jefferson have to learn to survive and grow together as people while you try to survive the apocalypse. You have to get along with Jefferson despite his insistence on drugging, restraining, and photographing you in the most inconvenient situations. Jefferson has to get accustomed to living with you despite your constant zone-outs, nosebleeds, and what he interprets to be schizophrenic episodes (since you have to stick together, you can’t hide everything about your time travel from him forever). The sitcom’s called “Crazy Like Me.”
Even though you keep claiming you hate each other for obvious reasons, as each other’s only living friend, you get closer despite yourselves. At some point after a lot of character development, your and Jefferson are tested and you find yourself in a situation in which you risk your lives for each other. Afterwards, you still might spat and claim to be enemies, but there’s a strong unspoken bond of trust and affection between the two of you. (It’s NOT a romantic/sexual pairing though.)
Again at a later ‘episode,’ you manage to dig up another picture of you and Chloe. You travel back in time because of course you do, but as you talk to Chloe, you realize that you’ve grown as a person apart from her. You no longer feel the same attraction and familiarity with her as you did. Your interactions with her feel hollow. You still try to change the future to save her, but you fail no matter what you do. When you return to your future, you finally resignedly accept Chloe’s death and feel closure.
me: What are you waiting for? What do you stall for?
Riss: Why am I fucking Burr
Me: We won the war, what was it all for? Also, that seems like something only you could answer.

Is Christmas stressful?
As a kid I never realized, but hell yeah Christmas is stressful. It’s not even about getting people presents, it’s watching my parents stress over Christmas that stresses me out lmao
I have one big problem with the movie Nightmare Before Christmas.
When I was watching all the stuff going on in Halloweentown, I thought to myself, “I don’t know, isn’t this ethically dubious?”
But the song answered me, “That's our job, but we're not mean/In our town of Halloween,” so I thought, oh, it’s all an act that everyone’s in on and there’s no real danger.
So it took forever for me to accept Oogie Boogie as a legitimately dangerous villain, since he seemed to me to just be doing the same scary stuff as the rest of the town. He was even in the “we’re all terrifying and deadly but it’s all in fun kids” lineup in the opening.
"We all have that one person we adore but are too awkward to actually talk to-"
themoonsavedme I'm so sorry that I'm awkward-
