Woke up today to my 3rd day of migraine.
Yesterday I really wanted to do some witching. Preferably work on my native plants booklet, or reconfirm my link with my tarot, or just add a bit to my BOS. But on top of the debilitating pain of a migraine, it feels like it puts up a big wall between me and the energies of the world, and then takes away any wall-smashing strengths I may have had.
I'm just going to look after myself today, any way I can ❤
