30 Days of Productivity🕺🏾
I feel sort of all over the place and my days are a bit too….aimless. So, productivity challenge time!! The requirements aren’t too crazy so I don’t get intimidated.
• Morning routine. This includes getting out of bed within 10mins of waking up.
• Study. Rather straightforward but I’m not counting anything I’m working on for fun. No minimum amount of time required. Doesn’t include working in the lab.
• Violin practice. It’ll probably be mostly silent practice lmao. But I’ll see what I can do.
• Eat at least one actual cooked meal a day.
• Go on a walk. I’m allowed to alternate the days for this. I’m thinking of restricting music on these walks but I dont know yet. That sounds incredibly miserable but I think I need to cut down and let my brain breathe.
• Clear my desk every night.
• Nighttime routine.
