God i'm a fucking mess today

broke up with problematic boyfriend (good in long run but hard. bad emotional)

went to a buffy sainte-marie concert (amazing, emotional, moving good)

met some friends of friends, one of whom is the minister at the church i left bc of trauma and bullshit and politics, who then asked why i moved churches (emotional, hard, bad)

gave some explanation of the terrible things that had happened and make it clear i still have severe trauma from the church to the point i have serious anxiety being in the parking lot and am coping with trauma from it while also not implicating that he's the same way (hard, emotional, trauma shit)

Trauma shit also includes question of how integrated the trauma of travis' blackness and my whiteness played into the church shit and how much is just trauma from that church (hard in a different way, weird, emotional, trauma, race related trauma, personal confusing feelings shit)

came home and am now supposed to sleep??? idk how. TOO MANY EMOTIONS

not even counting up and down in tens and hundreds will save me tonight

#i have a new elaborate way to fall asleep bc counting got boring but counting down from 100 is not enough time #so we count up to ten #then down #then twenty and down #etc until one hundred #then we count down #then up to two hundred #never made it to 200 tho #theoretically i could do it with thousands next #but given straight counting i stop at like 400-700 #i don't think i'd need it #maladaptive behaviour of just staying up until I'm so tired I fall asleep may happen tonight #personal #sorry itś been a night #and i don have anyone to vent to #need to do that actually
