not the end of the world but a pet peeve of mine is when an artist will start posting a comic, then suddenly be like "okay now the rest is only on patreon!!"

like I know artists has to advertise, and I'm not blaming them for that, but like a heads up at the start of the comic saying it will eventually be exclusive would be nice ya'know?

Ugh. I'm being judged for thinking that picture-in-picture is a waste of interface space and having it turned off in my browser.

"Open in new tab" exists. There's also, *gasp* "always on top" if I'm that strapped for space and want to watch a video! Can we not be a judgemental fuck, mozilla???

Buh hate it when ppl post ship art and DON'T TAG IT!!!! I mean, you're posting two characters up close and touchy, even sometimes with a sexual intent present in it and youre just like "yup! And post!" Like no i don't wanna fucking see abuser Dr. Rockso x clearly uncomfortable or drunk Toki. Fym.

Or they just post abt the ship and only tag the characters, like- doesn't that defeat the purpose??? Wouldn't you want ppl who look up the tag to see ur post abt it. What.

My pet peeve is a person enters a new club/sport/anything and starts complaining about things that are normal in there

Slight storytime: So, I do karate (ask me anything if you're curious) and we just got a new girl that was sort of forced to go in here. I had the *pleasure* of welcoming her in first, and she just started complaining and saying that everything we do is weird and whining about basic things like not wearing shoes and not having rings on

(she also said she feels like a 'gacha kid' which is annoying to say the least, first of all because she DOES NOT KNOW ME and assumes that I would agree with her, which I don't, and because critisizing a group of people who did nothing wrong is disgusting)

i’m sorry but unless it’s something that’ll actually change something like a news article, a petition, or a link to a donation page, i don’t care. using someone’s morals to get interactions is sleazy. just say what you want to say. you’re no better than those people on facebook who say “if you don’t like and share, you hate your mom.”

a pet peeve i have is whenever a character's at a doctor's office and is being auscultated, but the doctor character puts the stethoscope on his chest to listen to his lungs, or on his back to listen to his heart. it's the opposite (chest = heart. back = lungs.) and it's even better if there's a moment where the show tries to be dramatic and have the doctor go "oh i can't hear a thing!" yeah i wonder why when you try to listen to a dude's heartbeat through his lungs another similar pet peeve is whenever a character is like "oh my god my heart is racing" and they play a heartbeat sound effect to convey it, but the heart's at like, 80 or 90 beats per minute. for reference the average resting human heart rate is 60 - 100 beats per minute. 90 beats is just the average fucking pulse for a lot of people. if that's "racing" to you, see a cardiologist immediately.
