"There is strong shadow where there is much light." —Goethe •🌌• Much of what we saw in Havana was fascinating, surreal and beautiful, but there is a dark shadow that lays over Cuba. It's people have been oppressed for decades and although the lifting of the trade embargo may eventually change the political climate, the majority of Cuba rests in a deep cradle of poverty and the people carry a burden of lack and desperation.
