What's the name of the mod that gives the Dragonborn those dialogue options?

If I’m not mistaken, it is Interesting NPCs. It doesn’t add new dialogue to the original game content, but the dialogue with the new characters is very fun and the voice acting is good for the most part. IMO the mod makes Skyrim feel fresh again after 1000+ hours of gameplay.
